I like April have never imbibed in the alcohol or done the drugs. I (probably) unlike April once passed out during a drug assembly in high school. I'm super cool.

Great episode as always! I think its interesting that April can remember that first song that made an impact on her at 4. I don't think I could do that...but I wonder if it still somehow had an effect on me. Knowing my parents I'm sure it was something super 80s/Jazz (my dad) or Doowoop/Generic "Oldies"/maybe 60s rock (my mom.)

A Philadelphia public radio station (WXPN) uses Elvis Costello's Pump it Up as their intro track for some show and I always get super excited since I love that song and then incredibly dissapointed when it cuts out like 30 seconds into the song. I've never really given Elvis Presley a chance, but as I get older my tastes are becoming broader and April played a lot of great songs I'll have to check out again.
