I'm amazed at how this podcast is so sympatico with my life every now and then.. 2 days ago I watched The Breakfast Club for the first time in several years, and I was going to post on this board how I felt the movie did NOT stand up (overwrought angst... too many facial expressions from Molly Ringwald expressing her charaters disgust... Judd Nelson...) BUT I felt the one thing that did stand up was the Simple Minds song "Don't you forget about me"... that song still transports me right back to the Southland Cinema the night I watched the movie for the first time..
