So I'm getting married in a bit (and by a bit I mean a year and a half after my future wife finishes getting her Masters degree in painting,) and as such I've been thinking about our First Dance song and all the other various things folks do at weddings. ANYWAY, it got me curious about what other people's first dances had been to, so list away! (Or any songs you wish could have been, you know pretty much anything related to this topic, I'm just all around curious about this.)

ours is now embarrassing, "I'll still be loving you" by the country band Restless Heart... my buddy and his wife had a great one though, "On your side" by Pete Yorn

Do you regret picking it? or is one of those things that even if you think its embarrasing now you still like the song because of what it was (if that makes sense.) If that is not the case (or made no sense) would you have picked something else? I do like that Peter Yorn song though that is pretty great.
One of my suggestions will most likely be Ben Folds' the Luckiest but it gets a litter bummerish towards the end/ actually most of the song. BUT IT HAS A SWEET MESSAGE YOU GUYS.

Good topic! It took us awhile but we finally chose this 14 years ago this month. (not exactly this version but close enough)
Thats about the sweetest Randy Newman song I've ever heard, I've also long lobbied for You've got a Friend in me but that tends to go shot down immediately but its a BLOODY good song.
